Your inbox contains any received voice messages, arranged by date, caller ID, and duration of the call. You can play selected voice messages, delete them, or forward them to e-mail simply by typing the specific e-mail address you want to forward them to.

Extension - General settings

Change the name and password for any given extension simply by typing a new one and saving it. Options here include choosing whether you want music-on-hold during call forwarding.

Music On Hold

Select a custom music-on-hold setting for each of your mailboxes (Mozart, Schubert, Beethoven, Brahms, and Mendelssohn) or, if you wish, upload your own music or promotional messages to introduce your business to your customers.

(The Dial-by-Name directory feature is used when people call your company and don't know the extension of the person or department they wish to call. The Dial-by-Name directory will ask for the name of the person or department they wish to speak to.)
