You will be notified about new voicemails that will be stored in your mailbox for 30 days, so you can check and even save them on your computer. Voicemails come as audio attachments in .wav format that you can play over your PC speakers.

When you choose Voicemail delivery as one of your options, new voicemails will be sent to you immediately as audio attachments that you can play over your computer speakers. Accessing your messages by phone is as easy as calling your VoiceMailTel main number from anywhere in the world. And if you use a local number, leaving and listening to voicemail by phone is FREE - you won't be charged any minutes.
Keep in mind that VoiceMailTel subscribers receive one mailbox for each extension; however, you can add more extensions simply by ordering new extra virtual extension packages. All mailboxes/extensions are password-protected - only you and your employees/partners can access them. You can distribute these mailboxes/extensions to employees/partners located anywhere in the world, and assign them custom greetings you've recorded by phone, or just use one of the pre-recorded greetings we provide for you at the start of your 30-day trial.
Not online? You can also send callers to voicemail in real time, thanks to an automated attendant that presents your company calling options while callers are on hold. If you miss a call entirely - for example, if you aren't near a phone or computer - you will still receive an e-mail alert.
