Callers dialing your number will be welcomed by an automated call-attendant
that states: "If you know your party's extension please
dial it now." The caller will enter only the first
3 letters from its party's
name and the directory will automatically redirect
the call to the extension.
When accessing your VoiceMailTel portal -> System -> Directory by Name you will have to enter your employees or departments for each extension and then the Directory will recognize it when you get a call.
