What is the Directory by Name feature?

With the VoiceMailTel Directory by Name feature, your callers will never suspect that you're using a low-cost alternative rather than an expensive Fortune 500 PBX system. With your directory by name, which is a component of your virtual PBX, you will allow your callers to simply dial the first 3 letters of last name to get to the extension they need. Because the directory is auto-generated, the setup time is extremely short.
How many names can I enter in my Directory?

You can add as many names or departments as there are extensions for each.
