How do i change the name of company that appears in the Call Me Now pop-up?

On your VoiceMailTel Portal go to System / Call Me Now page. You can set the name by entering it in the "Display name" field.
Where do i receive the e-mail when somebody submits a call back request?

You will receive the call back request at the e-mail address you have assigned to your VoiceMailTel account.
How do i place the Call Me Now button on my website?

On your VoiceMailTel Portal you will find the html code that you have to copy and paste into your html source of your website, at the place you want your Call Me Now button to be displayed.
On my websute, do i have to change the code for my Call Me Now button every time i change my settings?

No. Once you have copy pasted the code into the source of your website it will work wahatever changes you make on your Call Me Now settings.
