Call reports are helpful for your company to follow your campaigns' results, to update your company's telecommunications resources (adding or cutting out Toll Free or Local Numbers) and even following your departments' efficiency.

Following its marketing campaigns is a vital point in any company. Our Call Analysis feature will supply you with informative and in depth reports of all your incoming calls and their conversions in orders, that way you will be able to decide if a campaign was successful or not.
How can I analyze my departments' efficiency?
